What We Do

At the Toppi Group we specialize in helping our client firms find top talent. Hiring costs are great and making the wrong hire is even more costly. When we take on a job order, we go above and beyond to find out as much as possible about the company history, culture and size. We try to drill down even further, if possible, to department demographics etc. to insure the perfect fit.

In dealing with candidates we know that switching companies can be stressful and there is fear of “the unknown”. People are concerned about their financial well being, their family and their future in each decision. We try to obtain and share as much company information as possible with each prospective hire to be sure that when they make the change, they will be happy!

Though our main focus is in New England, New York, New Jersey and the East Coast, we have conducted successful searches both nationally and internationally.

Joe Toppi

Joe Toppi is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in operations, supply chain, distribution, logistics, lighting and construction. By working as a Director in distribution for many years, he was responsible for sourcing, supply chain, service and logistics. As a hiring manager, Joe has hired hundreds of people in his career. He has the ability to put himself in your position and ask the right questions that will insure the perfect fit. As a general manager, Joe ran an entire company and worked well with sales teams as well as keeping watch on tight budget numbers. Joe dealt with multiple large construction projects. His ability to work through change orders and meet deadlines while interacting with construction personnel has helped him understand many nuances of the construction business as well. Joe is a proud graduate of Providence College.
